CALM-RELEASE
MEDITATION: The benefits of this simple energy balancing technique includes balancing your energy
flow and creating greater harmony between your mind and body so that they are more in sync with each other. Also aides
in the correction of "switching", release of tension, confusion, or any kind of mental stress:
Step
One: Lie down or sit comfortably, take a couple of deep breaths and relax.
Step Two: Place your Left hand
on your brow chakra (middle of forehead) and cup the Right hand over the back of your head (just above
the neck). Allow yourself to relax and remain in this position 2 to 10 minutes, however long you need to feel totally relaxed
and freed from stressful thoughts or feelings.
Meditation for Energizing:
This technique is beneficial towards releasing deep-seated blockages from your heart chakra, providing you with
more energy to live and love more fully:
Step One: Lie down or sit comfortably, take a couple
of deep breaths and relax.
Step Two: Place Left hand on the brow chakra (middle of forehead)
and the Right hand on your navel chakra (belly button area). Allow yourself to relax and remain in this position
for about 3 minutes.
Step Three: While keeping the Right hand on your navel chakra, move your Left
hand to your heart chakra (the middle of your chest area). Continue to relax and hold this position until you feel a
sense of rejuvination take place - about 5 minutes.
