CALM-RELEASE MEDITATION
: The benefits of this simple energy balancing technique includes balancing your energy flow and creating greater harmony between your mind and body so that they are more in sync with each other. Also aides in the correction of "switching", release of tension, confusion, or any kind of mental stress:

Step One: Lie down or sit comfortably, take a couple of deep breaths and relax.
Step Two: Place your Left hand on your brow chakra (middle of forehead) and cup the Right hand over the back of your head (just above the neck). Allow yourself to relax and remain in this position 2 to 10 minutes, however long you need to feel totally relaxed and freed from stressful thoughts or feelings.


Meditation for Energizing:  This technique is beneficial towards releasing deep-seated blockages from your heart chakra, providing you with more energy to live and love more fully:

Step One: Lie down or sit comfortably, take a couple of deep breaths and relax.
Step Two: Place Left hand on the brow chakra (middle of forehead) and the Right hand on your navel chakra (belly button area).  Allow yourself to relax and remain in this position for about 3 minutes.
Step Three: While keeping the Right hand on your navel chakra, move your Left hand to your heart chakra (the middle of your chest area). Continue to relax and hold this position until you feel a sense of rejuvination take place - about 5 minutes.

A NOTE FROM TERIANNE

The body is made up of many energy centers and energy pathways. Free-flowing energy, which comes to us from the Life Force of God to the earth, the heavens and the elements that are provided for our health and existence, is available to all of us and in fact, is never not available to us. Imbalance and disorder comes into our lives when any of these energy centers or pathways become dystfunctional, blocked or impaired in some way. Over time, if these do not become corrected, our bodies adjust to it and the dysfunction becomes a "normal" part of our life.

The most common way for dysfunction to occur in our energy system is when we experience a painful or difficult situation. Now, everyone in this life experiences pain or difficulty at one time or another. We can come into difficulty and painful experiences, and still find ourselves living a happy and healthy life. The more your life is filled with health and happiness, the less frequently will you experience pain and difficulty, and the easier will be your transition time through it.

It is how we perceive the experience that is happening that determines how it will affect us. Clearing your energy field of negative thoughts and emotions can provide you with new ways to handle your challenges in life. It makes room for you to respond in a positive way, freeing you from your old patterns and predispositions that no longer serve your well-being.
